"Bloodsport" is a classic 1988 martial arts film directed by Newt Arnold and starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. In the film, Ray Jackson is played by Donald Gibb. Jackson is an American fighter and a good friend of the protagonist Frank Dux, played by Van Damme. He participates in the illegal fighting tournament known as Kumite, along with Dux. Jackson is known for his brute strength, aggressive fighting style, and signature headband. His character contributes significantly to the film's comedy and camaraderie. Donald Gibb's portrayal of Ray Jackson contributed significantly to the film's cult status.
